Returns and Exchanges

Regarding Returns and Exchanges of Ordered Products
Returns and exchanges for ordered products will only be accepted under the following conditions if they are unused and within 3 days of shipment. (If more than 3 days have passed since shipment, we cannot accept returns or refunds regardless of the date of opening.)
  • Initial Defects
  • Damage during Delivery (Damage to product packaging for protection is not covered)
  • Incorrect items due to our error
  • Differences in product size or color (If you wish to exchange, please return the ordered product and make a new purchase at our online store)
Even within 3 days of shipment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories.
  • Products that have been used even once
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products that have been processed or customized by the customer
  • Products that have been repaired, cleaned, or washed, etc.
  • Items that are stated on the product listing page as non-returnable or non-exchangeable
  • If the product packaging, instruction manual, etc. are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
  • If the condition at the time of return significantly differs from the condition at the time of delivery
    Products shipped outside of Japan (including domestic shipping forwarding services)
  • Sale items and discounted products

※If you do not contact us in advance, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
If there is a fault on our part regarding the product you have, please send it back with shipping charges collect (our expense), and if it is due to customer circumstances, please send it back with shipping charges prepaid (customer's expense).

 

Regarding the refund of the order amount
After confirming the return of the product, we will refund the full amount of the payment.
However, in the case of returns due to customer circumstances such as differences in image or size, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee from the order amount.

    Defective Products

    Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns after 3 days.

    Sales Quantity

    While we manage our inventory diligently, please understand that in the unlikely event that a product is unavailable due to discrepancies in store sales, we will contact you via email.

    Delivery Timing

    Orders placed by 14:00 will be shipped on the same day.
    Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the following day.

    In the unlikely event that there is a stock shortage due to a discrepancy in sales or if shipping is delayed for operational reasons, we will contact you via email.
