ABOUT LEATHER:
カウグラスレザーは、高品質な仕上がりを実現するために、厳選された工程を経て製造されています。クロムなめしを施した後、ヘアセルプレス加工とアイロン仕上げによって美しい表面感を実現。さらに、フィニッシングと色合わせを丁寧に行い、最終工程では120℃の高温と10バールの圧力でプレス仕上げを行うことで、耐久性と美しい光沢を兼ね備えた革に仕上げています。

Cow grass leather is meticulously crafted through carefully selected processes to ensure a high-quality finish. After chrome tanning, it undergoes haircell embossing and ironing to achieve a beautiful surface texture. The finishing and color matching are performed with precision, and in the final stage, the leather is pressed at a high temperature of 120°C and 10 bars of pressure, resulting in a durable leather with a stunning sheen.
